About the Artist
James Pedersen creates expressive watercolor landscapes and has been doing so for more than 55 years. His work has been juried into dozens of shows and earned 21 awards. He has been featured in Southwest Art Magazine, The Artists' Magazine, and the summer 1998 issue of Watercolor Magazine. An active art educator, Pedersen has taught adult watercolor workshops in more than a dozen cities and towns. His schedule has included workshops in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Italy, Greece, Guatemala, Thailand and France.
